Decker says to OK! Magazine that she does limit some types of food, mainly carbs. She explains, "I try not to overact on the carbs side of things. You know, I'm a mom on the go!"

Decker says that she likes to do short, high-intensity workouts, especially because of her busy schedule. "I have no time for this stuff," she says. "So, as far as working out, I think that short, quick, high-intensity workouts are the most effective for me."
